GRAPHICS
Graphics are custom made at the time of purchase therefore there are absolutely no returns on graphics. Be sure you have picked the right color and graphic before ordering because once an order is placed you can NOT change it. All graphics are professionally made with the highest quality vinyl available. Installation mishaps are not because of the decals but that of the installer. If you feel that the installation woul be too difficult, any sign shop or automotive accessory store can install the decals. Installation prices at these stores will vary due to decal size, car type, etc....

PRODUCTS
RJW Motorsports does not offer any warranty on parts sold. Most parts carry some form of manufacturer warranty however not all do. If you are looking for a part that does carry a warranty, contact us and we can point you in the right direction. If you have a problem with a part you should contact the manufacturer, not RJW Motorsports. If you do not know the maunfacturer we will be happy to put you in contact with them. ALL PARTS ARE SOLD "NEW" AND "AS IS" UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED AND NO RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE. Be sure you have the correct part number, application, size, color, etc...before ordering because once an order is placed it usually ships quickly and leaves no time for changes. RJW Motorsports offers no liability due to damage done to vehicle, personal or public property, bodily injury, accidents or other occurrences because of product defect, failure or installtion.

The encumbrance of acquiring the applicable approval to duplicate designs that are a registered copyright or trademark lies completely with you and your company. You must obtain the applicable approval, if needed, before placing any order that intels copyrighted artwork or logos. By purchasing you are conveying to us that you have authority, or that you have obtained approval to reproduce the requested trademark or logos.

Along with purchase made from RJW Motorsports, Buyer agrees to the following:

Condition of Sale: All sales are final and all products sold by RJW Motorsports (The Seller) are sold "as is" to the Buyer.

Special Orders, Custom Made Orders, and all Electrical or Mechanical parts are not returnable.

Special Orders:Payment in advance is required.

Warrant /Liability: RJW Motorsports gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to , the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. RJW Motorsports will not be held liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators or passengers of the vehicle.

Performance Products:RJW Motorsports does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. RJW Motorsports is not held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. All engine, exhaust, performance, body kits, and modification parts are legal in the state of California for off-highway use only!

Body Kit/ Aero-Dynamics: Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass. Buyer also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety crash guidelines, RJW Motorsports is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking you aero parts) or act of nature/God, Allah, Jehovah, etc... All body kits (aero components) are only recommended and legal to be used for off-highway use such as track racing or for exhibition show only! Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights/side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Because several of these kits are prototyped and used on NON-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards/requirements in their respected country of origin. Buyer understands that all body kits (aero components) require some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges the Buyer. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled body shop/ technician install and paint any body kit (aero components) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for!

Payment information and options:No personal or company checks accepted under any circumstances! We do accept money orders such as US Postal, Western Union, Certified bank check/money orders, bank transfers, and other store money orders. We don't accept creditcards. Only Ohio residents need apply applicable sales tax to total. Before sending money order/ certified bank check, please call or email RJW Motorsports for total with shipping and handling to your door. Upon sending payment through Postal, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.. Please include payment, full name, shipping address, contact phone number, year, make, model or vehicle. Example:1992-1995 Honda Civic EX Coupe- Manual Transmission.

Shipping/Handling:Everything is shipped UPS or USPS unless otherwise instructed. Oversize parts are shipped truck freight. Sales to the continental U.S only

Final Note:By entering this site. You have accpeted the terms of agreement. Due to the fact that these are competition parts we all love and want to use, high stress is put on everyday driven factory vehicles and race vehicles.

We hope you understand that we do not claim any competition part(s) to be street legal, smog legal, emission free, or worry free as some manufacturer's claim their product to be.
